PaintPro Privileges – Launch Draw Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the PaintPro Privileges Launch Draw conducted between 1 June 2026 and 31 July 2026.

2. Promotion
This promotion is the PaintPro Privileges Launch Draw.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to PaintPro trade customers who purchase eligible products directly from PaintPro Distribution during the promotional period.
Employees, contractors, directors and immediate family members of PaintPro Distribution Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter.
To be eligible to win, the customer’s account must be within approved trading terms at the time of the draw.
4. Promotional Period
The promotional period begins on 1 June 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31 July 2026.
5. How to Enter
Eligible customers will automatically receive one entry for every $1,000 spent, excluding GST, on eligible purchases invoiced by PaintPro Distribution during the promotional period.
No entry form, coupon or additional action is required.
6. Credits, Returns and Adjustments
Eligible spend is calculated from the final invoiced value of eligible purchases, excluding GST, after deducting any credits, returns, cancelled invoices or other account adjustments applicable during the promotional period.
PaintPro Distribution's records are final in determining the number of eligible entries.
7. Prize
The launch draw prize is:
1 x SATA Jet X Digital Pro RP 1.3 spray gun
Approximate recommended retail value: over $2,400.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
8. Draw Details
The draw will take place at:
PaintPro Distribution Pty Ltd
26A Peninsula Boulevard, Seaford VIC 3198
Date: Saturday, 1 August 2026
Time: 4:00pm AEST
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries.
9. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by phone and in writing within 5 business days of the draw.
10. Publication of Winner
The winner’s name, business name and suburb may be published on PaintPro Distribution’s website, social media pages, email campaigns and promotional material.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity connected with the promotion. This may include photographs, video, business name, winner name and general location being used by PaintPro Distribution for marketing and promotional purposes without further payment.
11. Unclaimed Prize and Redraw
If the prize is not claimed within 30 days of the winner being notified, PaintPro Distribution may conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries.
Any redraw will be conducted at PaintPro Distribution’s office at 26A Peninsula Boulevard, Seaford VIC 3198.
12. Verification
PaintPro Distribution may verify eligibility, purchase records, account status and identity before awarding the prize.
PaintPro Distribution’s records are final for the purpose of calculating eligible spend and entries.
13. Privacy
Entrant information will be used for administering the promotion, contacting the winner, verifying eligibility and promoting PaintPro Distribution.
Information may also be used for marketing purposes where permitted by law or where the entrant has otherwise consented.
14. Liability
PaintPro Distribution is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, technical issue or other event outside its reasonable control that affects the promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15. Changes to Promotion
PaintPro Distribution may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
